TELEVISION CELEBRATES THE LIFE AND CAREER OF WHITNEY HOUSTON WITH TRIBUTES AND SPECIALS

 
 MONDAY
 6:00 p.m.:   BET’s "106 & Parks" will pay tribute to the singer’s life and legacy with a special three-hour episode.

8:00 p.m.:    Lifetime will broadcast "The Bodyguard" her movie with with Kevin Costner

9:30 p.m.:  VH1 News special hosted by Janell Snowden will have updates Houston’s death as well as reactions from those    who attended her mentor Clive Davis’s pre-Grammy Awards party on Saturday night.

9:30 p.m.: VH1 will air a special program, "Whitney Houston Death of a Diva."

TUESDAY
12 p.m. VH1 Classic will broadcast "A to Z Whitney Houston video" retrospective.

1 p.m.: BET is airing her 1997 TV movie "Cinderella" which also features Brandy and Whoopi Goldberg.
              
4:05 p.m.: Encore is slated to air Houston's 1995 film "Waiting to Exhale" also featuring Angela Bassett.

WEDNESDAY

9p.m. E!  "Whitney Houston: Last Days of a Legend"
         
THURSDAY
 9 p.m.: OWN:Oprah Winfrey Network will present a special two hour “Remembering Whitney: The Oprah Interview,” with the music legend's last in-depth television interview from “The Oprah Winfrey Show

VH1 will debut a special celebrating Houston’s legacy, including her appearances on VH1 Divas in 1999 and 2003, as well as VH1 Honors in 1996.
