ABC has ordered six new episodes of the Emmy-winning"Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution".  The second season , however will differ slightly from the first season. While the first season dealt with Oliver's efforts to completely change the lunch program at a West Virginia  school , season 2 will see  his changes directed toward Los Angeles  and its schools, offices, homes and restaurants.

Season 2 is likely to premiere sometime midseason or next summer.

A special preview of the premiere of "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" will air Sunday, March 21 (10:01 p.m.-11:00 p.m., ET) and will be repeated on Friday, March 26 (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET). The second episode will air from 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET, in the series' regular time period.

 

"Episode 101" Jamie Oliver, the impassioned chef, TV personality and best-selling author, is starting a revolution in America, taking on the high statistics of obesity, heart disease and diabetes in this country, where our nation's children are the first generation not expected to live as long as their parents. Oliver invites viewers to take a stand and change the way America eats, in our home and schools, with the thought-provoking new series, "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution," debuting SUNDAY, MARCH 21 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network and repeating FRIDAY, MARCH 26 (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET). The series will run for six episodes.
