The ABC Family network has decided to pull critical darling "Friday Night Lights" from its schedule after disappointing ratings.
"FNL is no longer on the schedule," a network spokesperson said. "Ratings were cited in the decision to take [it] off the schedule."
"Friday Night Lights" will return to DirectTV for its fifth and final season Wednesday, October 27 at 9/8c
