It's been seven years since Jason Bateman and Will Arnett first co-starred as brothers Michael and Gob Bluth on the critically acclaimed Arrested Development. While die-hard fans bide their time before the movie version (is that ever going to happen?), Bateman and Arnett have re-teamed to create web videos for DumbDumb, their new Internet venture.
"The Prom Date", the company's first in a series of "Dirty Shorts" for Orbit gum, puts the two at odds when Arnett plays the much-older boyfriend of Bateman's daughter. The video, a spoof on Orbit gum commercials, also stars Rachael Harris (The Hangover) and Aubrey Plaza (Parks and Recreation) as mother and daughter.

Here is a little information to help you get familiar the Showtime cast.
"The Real L Word" premieres Sunday,June 20

Whitney, 27: We're bound to see some drama with this one! The Hollywood special effects artist is a self-professed terrible girlfriend, saying she's "always looking for love, but losing to lust." Keep an eye on this street-smart wild child.

Mikey, 34: Also a bit of an L.A. celeb, Mickey is the founder of The Gallery Los Angeles and produces LA Fashion Weekend. She's also engaged and trying to plan a wedding…reluctantly. We'll see if she can balance her fiancĂ©e, clients and the motorcycle she loves so much.
Jill, 33: This Jersey girl next door is engaged to costar Nikki and enjoys her career as a writer in Los Angeles. She, too, has the support of her family.

MISS TV GIRL REVIEW: "HOT IN CLEVELAND"
Released by Miss TV Girl
Last night TV Land premiered its first original scripted show "Hot In Cleveland" and I totally loved the first episode. The multi-camera comedy with its laugh track and all actually had some sincere laugh out loud moments. The stars of this new comedy are Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendi Mallick. Betty White is also stars in a smaller role.
"Hot In Cleveland" starts out with the three bestfriend on a flight to Paris, which has an emergency landing in Cleveland. While waiting to catch a flight the women head to a blue collar bar, where suddenly they find Ohionas are much less critical than the uptight folks back at home in L.A.
By the end of the episode, all three women have decided to take up residency in Cleveland, if only for a short while. The series may not be groundbraeking in the funny department(Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiam, Golden Girls), but it is very delightful and refreshing to watch a show with three very real women talking about the everyday concerns and issues that affect women in their thirties and forties in a humorous way .
I am definitely looking forward to next week episode and hoping for more laughs.

"JUSTIFIED" : THE BEST FINALE OF THE SEASON
Released by Miss TV Girl
The series finale of 'Justified' was simply brillant. This show gets better and better with each episode. The writing and the direction of the show is simply flawless.
In a couple of weeks I will post my Emmy dream list and you can be sure to see Timothy Olyphant's name front and center. I knew while watching "Damages" that this man deserved his own show. He plays Rayland so effortless that you forget that you are watching a performance. There is never a false moment when he is on the screen.
I must also give special recognition to the exceptionally talented and gifted actor Walter Goggins. Ok, I understand that naming him my performer of the Month should be enough, but its not. Honestly, I had never seen Goggins until "Justified" and I thank God that he has been in my life for the past 13 weeks.
I can't remember the last time I have been so impressed and moved by the single performance of an actor. I could literally watch him read the paper. He really deserves an Emmy for this performance.
The Miss TV Girl happy dance was in full effect when F/X announced a few weeks ago that Goggins had been promoted to series regular. It will be very interesting next to see if Boyd Crowder will stay on the righteous path or if he will backslide into his old ways.
I am honestly hoping for a little of bit of both, like we saw in the season finale.

RIP: RUE McCLANAHAN
Released by Miss TV Girl
The wonderfully talented funny lady Rue McClanahan passed away from a massive stroke yesterday morning at the age of 76.
She will truly be missed by those of us, she made laugh time after time with memorable roles on "Maude" as Vivian and Blanche on "The Golden Girls".
The "Golden Girls" is my all-time favorite comedy, there is no other comedy past or present that even comes close to what those ladies delivered week after week for 7 seasons from 1985 to 1992. Growing up I remember my grandmother watching the show and just cracking up, I don't know, maybe I was to young to stop and see what was so funny back then , but about 12 years ago I started watching reruns of " The Golden Girls" and I finally got why this show was one of the highlights of my grandmother's week.
It is no surprise to, that "The Golden Girls" won several awards, including the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series twice. It also won three Golden Globes for outstanding TV series comedy/musical. All four stars each received an Emmy Award throughout the series' run and each had multiple nominations.
Rue McClanahan you will be missed, but never forgotten. Rest in Peace my beloved Golden Girl.
